Four steps of foot care with KART products: cleansing, a fruit-acid peel, a wrap and smoothing

Hygienic pedicure

KART pedicure in Miami

Our flagship pedicure, built on KART fruit-acid products. A peel softens hard skin on the feet and heels, so light calluses and dead skin can be smoothed away. Cuticles, nail shape and deep moisture finish it.

KART pedicure from $150 · about 90 min

Sterilized instruments · No whirlpool

Is it for you?

  • Heels that stay dry, rough or cracked however much cream goes on.
  • Light calluses that are back a few weeks after every pedicure.
  • Dead skin a scrub at home never quite clears.
  • You want the work on the skin, not only on the nails.

Four versions, one peel

Every version starts with the same KART peel. The price depends on who you book and what you add, and extra work is priced on its own line.

How the KART pedicure works

KART is a line of professional foot-care products with active fruit acids. Your pedicure starts with a KART peel on the feet and heels. The acids soften dead skin and light calluses, so they can be smoothed away.

Then the rest: cuticles tidied, nails shaped, and deep moisture to finish. The basic version has no polish. Book the gel or polish version if you want color.

Two versions go further. With cracked-heel care, deep cracks and very dry heels get extra time, and the visit runs about two hours. With problem foot care, skin that stays dry, rough or discolored gets more attention.

Deeper work is priced on top: a deep callus, a thick or lifting toenail, a rebuilt nail, a nail correction. The specialist tells you the total before starting.

You may have heard of a Smart pedicure or a hardware pedicure. Both are names for a dry pedicure done mainly with an electric file. The KART pedicure adds a fruit-acid peel at the start. Smart pedicure is not on our menu.

What to expect

About 90 minutes in the chair. There is no footbath: the peel does the softening that soaking does elsewhere. The cracked-heel version takes about two hours.

If you booked gel or polish, it goes on last. Otherwise you leave with clean, shaped nails.

At home, moisturizer on the heels most nights, not between the toes. Come back before the hard skin builds up again.

We also offer home care: the KART products for use at home, which you can buy from us.

A nail specialist cares for the skin and nails you can see. Skin that is broken, bleeding or infected is a podiatrist's job.

Our sterilization protocol

Standards you can see

Every client gets a sterilized set, opened at the chair. Every reusable instrument is sterilized in a dry-heat sterilizer. It comes to your chair in a sealed, dated pouch, and we open it in front of you.

Between clients we disinfect the chair, the station and the e-file handpiece. Fresh gloves and a fresh liner for every visit.

How a hygienic pedicure works

  1. We look at your nails and feet and ask what bothers you.
  2. We suggest options and work dry or with KART products.
  3. We smooth hard skin and heels, then shape and finish.
  4. We explain home care in plain words and set a date to come back.
